Ingredients
2/3 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 dates
1 tsp blue spirulina powder
80ml coconut milk
80ml coconut water
strawberries, topping
1 1/2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, decorating
Preparation
Step 1
In a high speed blender, add frozen mango, pineapple, dates, spirulina, coconut milk and water. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Line your chosen glass with 1/2 tbsp coconut yoghurt.
Step 3
Pour in the smoothie mixture.
Step 4
Add strawberries and 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt.
