Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple pieces, frozen

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 10 mint leaves

  • Shredded coconut, topping

  • Mint, topping

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, with the exception of the toppings.


Step 2

Blend until smooth.


Step 3

Pour into a glass and top with coconut and mint.
