About the Recipe

Craving a refreshing boost of antioxidants and protein? Try this Strawberries & Cream Smoothie – creamy, delicious, and oh-so-nourishing!

Warning: It's extremely delicious and addictive.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • coconut yoghurt, to serve

  • Slices of strawberries, to serve

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.


Step 2

To serve, using a spoon, add coconut yoghurt around the glass, stick strawberry slices to the glass.


Step 3

Pour smoothie inside the glass.
