Packed with anti inflammatory goodness, gut loving probiotics, and omega 3s for a nourishing start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen mango, pineapple & banana

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp ground flax

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt

  • dried rose petals, topping

Preparation

Step 1

Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Step 2

Pour into chosen glass.


Step 3

Top with dried rose petals.
