Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat free oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200ºC.


Step 2

In a high speed blender, add oats, milk, vanilla, half banana and baking powder. Blend until smooth.


Step 3

Pour into an oven safe mug. Top with chocolate chips and the remaining banana, sliced.


Step 4

Bake for 15-20 Minutes or until golden brown.
