Ingredients
1 banana
punnet blueberries, or your choice of berries
granola (check out my homemade granola options on my website)
peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, add raspberries and coconut yoghurt. Mash together with a fork until well combined.
Step 2
Place the split banana in the centre of the plate.
Step 3
Pour the yoghurt mixture over the banana.
Step 4
Top with granola, peanut butter and fresh berries.
