Ingredients
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
5 tbsp homemade granola
Half a punnet strawberries, diced
Sprinkle bee pollen
Preparation
Step 1
In a breakfast bowl, spoon the coconut yoghurt onto one side and the granola onto the other.
Step 2
Arrange the diced strawberries in a line down the centre of the bowl.
Step 3
Finish with a sprinkle of bee pollen for an extra boost of nutrients.
