Ingredients
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1 egg
3 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp cacao powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cocoa nibs, topping
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add the egg, almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla. Using a fork, whisk together.
Step 2
Add the mashed banana, coconut flour, cacao, cinnamon, maple syrup and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a heat proof cup. Top with cocoa nibs.
Step 4
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. (Time may vary based on different microwave strengths)
