Made with wholesome ingredients like banana, cacao, and a touch of maple syrup, it’s indulgence without the guilt. Don’t forget the cacao nibs on top for that extra crunch!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 1/2 tsp cacao powder

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp cocoa nibs, topping

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, add the egg, almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla. Using a fork, whisk together.


Step 2

Add the mashed banana, coconut flour, cacao, cinnamon, maple syrup and baking soda. Mix well.


Step 3

Pour the mixture into a heat proof cup. Top with cocoa nibs.


Step 4

Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. (Time may vary based on different microwave strengths)
