About the Recipe

This Double Choc Baked Oatmeal is the cosy, chocolatey hug your morning needs:

* Rich cocoa vibes
* Gooey chocolate chip pockets
* Sweetened with maple goodness

It’s GF, DF & RSF, easy to make, and basically a dessert you can call breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat free oats

  • 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tsp dark chocolate chips

  • a pinch, celtic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients with the exception of the choc chips and celtic salt, into a blender and blend until smooth.


Step 2

Pour the mixture into an air fryer safe bowl.


Step 3

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and add a pinch of celtic salt.


Step 4

Bake in the airfryer on 200ºC for 15 minutes.
