Packed with antioxidant rich matcha, omega-3 loaded chia seeds, and creamy coconut yoghurt, it’s the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed and fuelled.
Layered with juicy strawberries, topped with sweet raspberries & bee pollen, this bowl is equal parts delicious and nourishing!

Ingredients
1/4 cup white chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup almond milk
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup coconut yoghurt
bee pollen, topping
1/4 cup raspberries, topping
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, matcha powder, and almond milk until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to thicken.
Step 2
In a jar or glass, add a layer of the chia pudding mixture.
Step 3
Add a layer of strawberries.
Step 4
Follow with a layer of coconut yoghurt.
Step 5
Repeat layering, chia pudding, strawberries and coconut yoghurt until the jar is almost full.
Step 6
Sprinkle with fresh raspberries and bee pollen for extra texture and nutrients.
