Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quinoa puffs
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup shredded coconut
pinch celtic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Line a baking tray with a silicone sheet.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add the mixture to the lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes. Half way through mix.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool down.
