Creamy, lightly sweet, and bursting with juicy strawberries, this vanilla infused chia pudding is the ultimate nourishing, feel good breakfast!
Made with just a few wholesome ingredients—chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla—then topped with coconut yoghurt, cinnamon, and shredded coconut for the perfect flavour + texture combo!

Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
2/3 cup strawberries, diced
2 tbsp strawberries, diced, topping
shredded coconut, topping
sprinkle cinnamon, topping
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, topping
Preparation
Step 1
Divide all ingredients (except the toppings) evenly between two small jars.
Step 2
Stir each jar thoroughly to combine, ensuring the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the pudding to thicken.
Step 4
Once set, top each jar with fresh strawberries, shredded coconut, coconut yogurt, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
