About the Recipe

The perfect little treat to satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping it wholesome.

Made with simple, feel good ingredients like oat flour, almond milk & raspberries—because indulgence should also be nourishing!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup wheat free oat flour

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • Raspberries, topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180ºC.


Step 2

In a small bowl combine all ingredients.


Step 3

Pour into a ramekin dish. Add raspberries on top.


Step 4

Bake for 25 minutes.
